Hi all
Here is the situation which I am currently in.
I am currently employed with Company A and received an offer from Company B. I have accepted this offer and signed it. Also I have sent in my papers for H1 transfer. However I am still in Company A for another 14 days as I have to give a 2 week's notice. Now I received another offer from Company C which I am interested in. What happens if I go ahead and join company C. Do I have any legal binding for Company B. Also I have signed the offer letter of Comp B which says that I have to pay all the money to Company B if I leave the company within one year of employment. As I am still with Company A will this matter.
Please advise.
