H1B Transfer + Travel clarifications - please help!

Please help gurus..

I am working with company A. The H1B and visa based on it are both valid for 2 more years. The company is separating from the parent company, so my H1 is going to be transferred to say company B.

Unfortunately, I have international travel plans (not to home country) around the time the transfer may be applied (the dates are not fixed yet). I went through the posts below, but am still worried and unsure of what I need to do.

Am I ok in these situations and if not, what do I need to do?
A) If my H1 for company B gets approved while I am out of country?
B) If my H1 gets approved say 2 months before I leave?

First think did your passport stamped with the current working company A Visa..???

@@@Dont worry .. you can still enter in to the company with your previous company visa
B) If my H1 gets approved say 2 months before I leave?
@@@ Carrt the company H1 papers along with you and enter with your previous company visa .. Show them when asked .. And again ..Show them only asked ..
