H1B transfer times

Any idea on how long its taking to get the H1 approved and receive the I797 in hand. My present client is planning on filing for my H1 transfer in firstweek of June 02. I have suggested Prem Processing to them. But they might do it thru regular processing. I have to leave for India in firstweek of Sep 02. Do u think regular processing will provide me enuff time to get the 797 in hand beofer i can travel to india?

go to prem. processing

go for prem. processing even if you have to pay that amount from your pocket just to safegaurd your interest.
