I transfered my H1B from a company to the state goverment, I started the job in Oct. 3 but for some reason the H1 transfer was filed on Oct 6. I received an approval notice last month and then another notice of "intent to revoke", do you think the filing date is a big problem here? If so, is there someway to walk around the problem?
In case my application get denied at last, what are my options: can I transfer to other status (such as H-4) or go back to work for my previous employer or I am out of status?
