H1B Transfer- sponsoring companies

Hello,

I got my H1B last year.I am looking for a new job, however most companies are not willing to sponsor H1Bs any more, could you please let me know how I can find companies that I can transfer my H1-B? I do not want to waste my time applying to companies that do not sponsor H1-Bs. I get interviews, but when it comes to my status, things change and I get the bad news: "we are not sponsoring H1-Bs."

I am in financial services industry.
