H1B Transfer-RFE.Urgent,Please help.
Applied for H1B transfer at CSC service center and got the RFE asking to submit orginal of educational transcripts.following are my questions
1)if we send the originals of educational transcripts will they return us?
2)what is the best way to get back these original documents back from them?
3)Is EDucational transcripts means original mark sheets/records correct?
4)Does anybody has this probelm before?
5)After we send the orginals to USCIS,is there any reason they can deny?
6)If they deny my H1B will this effect any of my current H1b status as
I have not yet joined the new employer yet and still with old employer?
7)Will this affect any of my future H1b extensions?
8)If they deny will they consider it as a fraud.I do have bachelors and
masters degree in computer scince from reputed universities.
9)Can anybody has any tips/ideas to get back these documents from USCIS after we send them
10)Will they revoke/terminate my current H1B which is valid until Dec,05
