Hi,
I am in the seventh year of H1B. I came to the US on June 26th 2000 and have not been back since.
So my renwal into the 8th Year can't be done before Dec 27th 2006.
Now if I change a job in Nov based on a Pending Labor can I transfer the visa immediately with the new company along with renewal into 8th year? Or can the renewal be done only after Dec 27th even with the new company?
