H1B Transfer, receipt?

My H1B Transfer has been filed with VSC last week and I am still awaiting my receipt to start working for my new employer, anyone who has filed for transfer at the VSC and can let me know how much time it took to get the receipt is highly appreciated.

Mine was sent to USCIS on Sep 26th and I did not recieve a reciept number either. It was filed under normal processing and not premium.
