I need your help to understand the following two questions regarding H1b transfer:
1. Is it still true that I can start to work for new employer as soon as I receive the receipt?
2. In Nebrask Service Center, how long does it usually take to get H1b transfer approved by express processing?
3. I am currently contracted to Company B by Companr A. if the Company A contract me to Company C, does my H1b have to transfer due to that my working site is changed?
