Thanks to all. I have been working with Company A from Oct 2005 on L1B visa. My L1B visa is till July 2008. On Apr 2007, company A (My present company) filed my H1B visa (Change of Status) and got approved. My H1B will active from 1st Oct 2007. I am still working for Company A on L1B and will work for them on H1B from Oct 2007.
I got an offer from Company B who ready to transfer my H1B to their name. I have pay stubs from Company A. Can I transfer the H1B to Company B with my pay stubs which I receive while I am in L1B visa? Or I have to stay for 2 pay stubs on H1B for company A before transferring?
