H1B transfer query - joining back in 7th year !!
Hi,
I am in 7th year extension based ona pending labor.I am doing a H1 transfer to a new company B .I will work for employer B based on a substitute labor.If things don't go well with the new employer can I join back my old employer A on the current h1 with employer A if it has not expired by then .Can I do so without filing a transfer again to my old employer's company.
Any help will be really appreciated !!
