h1b transfer premium processing

I just want to learn from other's about their experiences with filing 1-129 (transfer) with the Texas Service centre having paid for premium processing.
I just filed and I anxiously waiting for approval.

How long did you have to wait?
Did you get a RFE?
It the online status updated regularly?
It is worth it to pay this premium for a transfer?
I have been delaying starting my new job and the new employer is getting anxious....any helpful experiences??
