I am on H1 since Aug 2003 with a consulting company A. Now I have a offer from another consulting company B and a permanent job offer from compnay C.
My question is if Company B files for my H1 transfer, I get my EAC # but the transfer application is still not approved , can company C also file for my H1 transfer from Company A to their company........?
