I have a approved H1B visa, My H1 visa started on 1st October but I never worked for that company. I joined another company on 1st week of Aug. I was working on OPT. My company has filed a H1B transfer paper after 15th of Oct. I got a query from INS that they need a pay stub from 1st to 15 Oct from my previous company who filed my H1 visa. My previous company is not willing to give Pay stub for that period. Could you please suggest me what can I do?
Is my OPT is still valid? I want to go to India for a marriage in end of Jan 2005. Please suggest me what can I do?
