Hello,
I started working for Company A in 2006 on H1B and moved to Company B in 2007. Company B applied for my H1B transfer via premium processing in 2007.
My case got stuck in Security Check since then. I've contacted local senators for help but in vain. My H1B transfer if approved, will expire in Oct 2010; before which my case should be resolved for my company to apply for an extension.
Please advise.
