Hi
I had applied for an H1B transfer while in the US. Now my transfer is underway but I have left the US and have come to the UK. Can I re-enter the US on my old H1 and the transfer filing receipt. Or do i have to wait for the approval notice?
It'll be a great help if I can receive an answer to this.
