H1B transfer (outside the US)

I have worked for 1.5 years with Company A on H1B. Then transfer to Company B and worked there just for just a month and then went out of country, Canada, on 3/1/08. Now I want to file a premium transfer to Company C, while I'm still in Canada.

Now my question is upon approval (hopefully sometime in May):
1. Can I come back on unexpired visa from my previous company A?
2. Do I need any other document beside Approval letter and Company job letter?

Suggestions and advices are welcome.
Thank you very much.

If you apply for a transfer to employer C from Canada, then you have to get the Visa stamped in order to be eligible to work for the new employer.

Yes, you can obtain the I-94 based on your visa from employer A during re-entry. In that case you are eligible to work for employer A only.
