H1B Transfer----on OPT....Appplied 4 H1....want to do transfer

Hi there
i am on OPT right now.I have applied for my H1 through company A and am still waiting to get that approval.Now i want to join comapany B .For that Can I do a Transfer without any pay stubs or what else do u suggest..

any suggestions will be welcome...
