H1B transfer on extension from I140

My compny has filed for my GC on a preapproved labour but the I140 has gone to AAO since it was denied by Texas Service center. Since the I140 is in AAO I got my H1B extension for 1year, also I recently got it stamped when I was in my home country. I am back in the US now.

My question is can I transfer this H1B to a new company and then that company apply for a new GC.

Note : I have already completed my 6 years
