I am trying to do a H1B transfer from company A to company B. It seems because of new regulations I got to provide even the previous visa approvals. I do worked for a company X in 2000 and appear to have misplaced my approval notice. All I am wondering is, Is there a way to come across not providing the previous visa approval, if not, and mandotary, Is there a way to obtain a duplicate copy of the approval notice? My previous company X seems to have disposed my approval notice since its more than 4 years. I am totally lost. Any advice/suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time.
