Hi Folks,
I have a few questions regarding my H1B. I am currently on an H1B in the visa exempt category by Company A. Few months back, I was offered a job by company B and they went ahead and got a new H1B approval for me. Can I start working in Company B using this approval notice or do I have to wait till Oct 04 ?
Recently, I have been offered a job in a third Company C and they are willing to sponser a new H1B. The problem is they want me to join by August begining. Is there a way I can join company C by August begining (maybe through a transfer from Company B's H1) ?
