I'm currently on H1B visa. My current employer is having financial problems and hence they dropped our salary to a minimum wage (for quite sometimes now) which is below the LCA requirement. I have found a new employer who is willing to transfer the H1B visa, however, the problem lies in the fact that I have to submit pay stubs at the time of application. Will there be any problem if I submit a paystub with the minimum wage salary? Can I substitute it with any other document such as an employer letter?
