I am new to this forum and would really appreciate your assistance.
I am on H1B with company A and am about to migrate to company B. Company B has filled H1B transfer on priority basis. I have already received receipt notice and am awaiting approval. I am hoping to get the approval really soon and am planning to travel to outside the US after I have the approval. My questions are:
1) Will there be a problem at the time of reentry if I travel with H1B transfer approval? I ask this because the current stamped H1B is by company A.
2) Should I wait for the approval or can I travel without the approval?
