My lawyer is using registered mail instead of using such as fedex express mail to communicate with BCIS and my future employer. Are most lawyers doing the same way?
Also, he doesn't have internet access, so LCA will take 1-2 biz days. I think online LCA will only take several minutes.
Is this normal?
If this is not normal, definitely I will choose a modern lawyer to do my GC. Any recommendations for a fast and good lawyer (chicago area preferred)?
