I have come to US recently, 30 days back. I have not got salary for the month also. And i dont have any pay stubs. However my employer is having some legal issues, hence he requested us to find other jobs. My question is, whether will i be able to do H1 transfer without any pay stubs? what are the other possibilities to maintain H1 status

Please help required regarding this..

Thanks
Bob

You can extend H1 using Form I-539.At least 2 pay stubs would be required. You have to get them, meanwhile new company can apply for H1 preferably under premium processing.

Are you sure about this ? I am afraid this is incorrect. for H-1B extension one needs to file I-129. Since OP says he/she do not have pay stubs there is a status violation therefore if new employer has bonafide job they can file change of employer but extension of status would be denied for which he/she need to step out of country and re-enter using new H-1B stamp on passport.

New employer can apply transfer without paystub under normal processing
Later if they asked pay stub you can give the new emp paystub
