I got laid off from company A. During the last 10 days of grace period. I found company B they filed my transfer petition before the grace period ends. But company B filed it in regular processing and I did not have money for premium. Company B strongly advised me to work only after its approved and not in receipt notice. I am getting tired of waiting.
Luckily I found company C they want to adjudicate the transfer from A to B and concurrently transfer to their company C.
But the lawyer from company C is asking for paystub from B. Company B did not allow me to work so please provide advice.
