I would appreciate it if you could help me with the following.
I used to work in USA in H1B status. 3 months ago I had to terminate my contract and went back to my native country because of some personal issues.
Now I want to start working on other company in US. My H1B stamp is valid till the end of 2005. My I797 form is valid till the end of 2006. Could you please answer the questions:
- How can I check if my H1 petition was revoked or not?
- If it was revoked can the second company do transfer of my H1? How much time do we have to do such transfer?
- Will H1 quota apply for my case?
- May I enter the country using my old visa stamp?
