Hi,
I'm currently working with a Employer A (Non profit) Organization and this year I got an opportunity and won the lottery with Employer B (For Profit) with the start date of Oct 1st, they processed my paper work and got approved with new I797A and I94 date on it but they want to push my start date to January 1st. In this scenario,
1) Can I continue working with Employer A until December and join Employer B on Jan 1st? (I got to know we have to start new employment or get paid within 60 days or H1B can be revoked, if that's the case, do I have to start before 60days time frame which would be around end of Nov or can I legally start on Jan 1st with Employer B?)
2) If I plan to continue working with Employer A (Non profit) until i140 is approved and do not proceed with Employer B (For profit), what happens to my lottery? Can Employer B revokes my lottery visa? And if they revoke, what are my options to go to a profit organization later.
I really appreciate your help and guidance here!
Thank You!
