I had an offer from a Company B about 2 months back. I sent them copies of all revelant papers, copies of pay stubs etc...
But I could not join them for certain reason. DO I have to even bother to find out if they (company B) had applied for h1b transfer.?
Even if they had applied... Do I have to do anything at all?
I am still working for my old employer. I will be going to get my h1b stamed in the near future. (have h1b papers only, cause I was on OPT prior)
