I work for a FAANG company and have been on long-term disability for about a year. Due to my extended leave and team requirements, my position was backfilled, and I was subsequently let go.
Now, as I explore transferring my H1B to another employer (New Job), I’ve encountered a challenge—my last three months of pay stubs all show a $0 payment due to my disability leave. Will this pose an issue during the transfer process?
