I am working for company A, company B is offering a job and has started to process the H1B transfer. I am still with company A for the time being. But I somewhat changed mind, deciding not to move.
My question, if the H1B transfer is approved. Can I still work for company A, as long as I don't quit A and report to B? What has to be done to nullfiy the H1B transfer if necessary?
