Hey guys...
i am in a very bad situation... plzz help me out...
i am on OPT valid till july 31st 2007,,, applied for H1b thru Consultant A ,, h1b application reached USCIS after the last date of quota i.e. 26th july,,, so i thought its rejected... since all websites said cases after 26th will be rejected..
I joined consultant B as they were better than A ,, took training from B,,, about to get a project from B and start working...
suddenly i come to know that my H1b from consultant A is approved ,,, i am not in touch with them at all..
consultant B doesnt know anything bout my h1,, they know i am on OPT and they will file my H1 in april...
now what should i do... i am about to get a project from B and have signed a bond with them for 1 yr ... and i am positive of getting a project with them soon....
my h1 from company A will be effective from Jan 15th,,, i dont have any pay stubs with them as havent worked..
can i get h1 transfer before the effective start date ie jan 15th that too without pay stubss...
should i talk to comapny A or company B ??
what if comapny A decides to void my h1,,, can comapny B apply it later.. will it have aan effect on my approval...
or should i just go with transfer if it is possible...
please everyone sitting here plzz help me out..
