My H1B visa and i94 with Emp A is expired on 08/12 and extension is filed in 05/17 in Nebraska which is still in progress.
I got new job and Emp B filed transfer on 08/16 under premium and is approved yesterday. Hard copy is not yet received and only have email confirmation?
Will there be any issue because of 4 days gap between i94 expiry and new visa transferred?
Will there be any issue if visa extension from Emp A get RFE or Denial?
Should I join new employer or hold on until extension is also approved?
