H1B-Transfer and Vacation Dilemma...Pls Help

I am now working for company A and joining Company B on March 1st .I have a H1-B visa and planning to go to india on vacation in Feb ( planning to complete the trip and and be back 10 days before i join Company B )

Company B plans to start the H1B transfer proceedings a month before i join them.In this regard, I have a question with respect to my travel:

If the Receipt number(or the Transfer documents) is obtained during my vacation,will that pose a problem during the immigration clearance?
Assuming that on my return, i would still be on Company A's payrolls, i hope the H1B transfer staus shouldnt matter for the immigration clearance.But i am not sure about this......PLEASE ADVISE
Can i still take up the travel irrespective of the H1-B transfer????

I guess can you travel while H1 B transfer. But it is recommended to avoid travelling out of country while H1B transfer is pending.

What you can do is apply for new H1b transfer to company B after coming to US..........you said that you have 10 days period before joining the company B.
