i am currently transfter my h1b from company A to company B. Since Company A had some financial problem, it didn't pay me for 2 months. company B lawyer asked me to provide some recent pay stubs which i don't have.
did anybody has the same experience ? I read from internet that ask company to provide some prove that i am still working in company A. could somebody provide me some sample letter concerning leave with pay?
