H1B transfer and renewal at the same time?

Hi,
I currently work for company A. My H1B for company A will expire on July 5th. I have accepted an offer from company B and the starting date is July 27th. What do I do with the 22-day gap?

Submitting the transfer before July 5th is good enough? Or I have to do the transfer and renewal at the same time?

Also, my I-485 is pending for more than 183 days. If I just do transfer, how is that gap gonna affect my I-485?

If I were you, I'd file the transfer right away. In my understanding, if you can have H1 transfer application receipt from USCIS which dates before July 05, you should be good.

Relating to 22 days period, can you explain them the situation and prepone joining, or can you obtain a company approved leave ?
