I work on an H1B VISA held by Company A.

I have been approached by Company B who wants to transfer my VISA to their company.

I would like to know that if my VISA is transferred to Company B, can I contine to work for Company A in case I wish to?

Is it legally binding that I have to work for Company B and cannot work for Company A?

Also if the VISA is transferred successfully can I choose between working for either Company A or Company B?

yes / no

an h1b transfer is essentially a new h1.

you can have multiple h1s (for multiple clients) at the same time.

you can work for only one of them (full-time), provided they do not cancel their respective h1s. so if things dont work out with 'b' go back to 'a'
