I switched employer and now INS requesting the w-2 and Aug-Nov paystubs from previous employer to complete H1B transfer. The problem is I only have Aug and Oct paystubs. Because I took off one month off in Sep without pay. And in Novermber, although I had a signed job offer, it took the company a month to file INS petition.
