I like to do H1B transfer(9th year)to new employer based on labor with my current employer which is pending more than 365 days. Befor joining new employer I have to discuss with my current employer contract(offer letter) with some attorney . For that I have to discuss with immigration or Civil attorney.
My current employer is paying less salary than he metioned in the offer letter. Still this offer letter is valid or not?
Do I need to give 30 days notice before joining new employer as per current employer offer letter terms and condition?
