is it ok to file for a transfer after just a few days of entry .I have seen posts that suggest a couple of months but is that necessary?
If some one has a smaller time frame (of about 1.5 months) b4 the h1b of current company expires and h1 transfer is filed in premium processing is filed about a week after the entry, is it going to be any issue?
Valid paystubs upto previous pay period( less than a month ago , a date during travel) are ready.next pay stubs are also coming after the application but may be partial in hours and amount due to loss of pay on travel.
If there is an RFE about current work after the entry with the same employer, I guess even I partial paystub will do.correct?
One final question: any one heard officially there is going to be an end to premium processing by a date? does it apply to h1 transfers?
