I have a new h1b visa stamped on my passport from an employer A. Its been more than 5 months they didn't bring me to US since they are trying to get me a project.
Another company B who has a project is asking me to come to US on the employer A Visa. Company B is saying, after entering to US the next day they will file the h1b transfer.
My question is:
Is it legally correct to enter in a company A visa and doesn't work for them and join the Company B on H1b transfer immediately.
Will there be any impact on my future US immigration pettions.
