H1B Transfer after changing employer

Hi,
I was working with organisation A(in India) and my H1B was filed and stamped. But i have left A and joined a new organisation B(in India). Is my H1B still vaild. If so, could you please guid me regarding the transfer process required?

Please reply regarding H1B's validity. My H1B was approved in Nov2010 and will expire on Sep2011.
