I have my H1B1 approval notice & Visa in my PP – both valid till July 2006, for Company A. Company A is going to extend my visa to its 4th year (2nd term) from July 2006 – July 2009. This extension process is going to take place by April 2006. In the meantime, I got a good offer from Company B and they are willing to do my H1B transfer. I can leave my present Company A – only by August 2006 (as per the contract). Iam willing to join in Company B, but can you suggest me how best I can deal with Company B ? ( I donot want to let my Company A knows about all these process, because of chances of firing if they know it, before I join in Company B). I would be grateful to you someone here could advice me.
