Following is my situation.
I am on H1B expiring on 21st Oct 2005. My employer wants to convert that to L1A.
I want to move out of my current company in 1st Qtr 2006
The following option I am thinking of:
I would transfer my current H1B to some other employer, and then let my visa be converted to L1A and then, since I would have other H1B available I could move out in 1st Qtr next year.
Let me know if this would work ! or you have anyother suggestions !
