My wife and I have been working in US for couple of years now on H1B visa. Now my wife needs to resign from her job due to personal reasons. In order to stay in US, she needs to transfer her H1B to H4. How do we go about doing that ? Is there a website which gives info about this kind of situation ?
Also, is it a fact that her passport should have the same LAST NAME as mine ? Right now she has her family name. Will that be a problem ?
