Hi Team,
Could you help on my situation here please? -
Both my wife and I are on separate H1Bs. Unfortunately my wife got laid off last week and she has 60 days to find a new job. Can she move to H4 Visa as my dependent so that she can stay in the country after the 60 days have passed and keep looking for jobs?
If yes will she have a problem later to switch back to H1B once she finds a new employer after the 60 days grace period has passed?
