Hello all, my question is a 2 parter the first question is I just mailed my aos package I485 to the chicago lockout box with my G325A( I am a current H1B, my wife a naturalized citizen) attached to the I130 instead of the I 485 would that cause unnecessay delays? And how long will the process take for me to get a GC, I am in New york city?Thanks.

Im not sure what you mean, but you(the applicant) need one set of G-325A for the I-130 and one set for the I-485

Yes.I-130 requires the G 325 A for both,husband and wife.I 485 requires only for the applicant.

Thanks for the help. I guess I was not clear enough. I downloaded the I485 complete package from the uscis webpage with the I130, I765, g325a, I864 and I 693, but we only completed a G325A for MYSELFand petitioner and attached it to the I130,and not one for the I485 would this delay my aos process ??

Chances are... YES. You might get an RFE asking you to submit the G-325A for the I-485 or if they are smart enough, they might make a copy of the G-325A you submitted with the I-130 and attach it with the I-485.
