Currently I’m in H1b status. Now I’m planning to be a full time student from fall 2007 (I got admission with 5 year guaranteed fund). The starting date of my I-20 is Aug 15, 2007. I’ve ALREADY applied for change of status (H1b to F1).
I’m wondering how long I can work using my H1B? As soon as I got the approval? Or until Aug 15, 2007? Or any other date?
For an example, if I get approval at July 30, 2007, should I stop working after that?
If I get approval after my class start (e.g. Aug 30, 2007), when should I stop working?
