Are there any cases where a person in H1B files for GC under EB 1(c) category. I am fairly senior in a mid tier multinational software company and trying this route. (there is enough documentary evidence to prove that I belong to the management cadre throughout including the time I spent on H1B).
Also, if I do concurrent filing, how long does it take for I-485 to get approved. Also given that there is another company which is trying to hire me during this period, when can I actually switch companies. For example if I file I-485 and apply for EAD, typically when can I use EAD to move around.
All questions might sound confused and it just reflects my understanding. Will be very helpful if somebody can explain this maze.
