I am currently working for company A in Rhode Island and was offered a position with company B in Mass.
Few question that i had are:
1. Should i be working for Company A till Company B files the H1B petition and gets an approval or can i start as soon as a receipt is received from INS - Any risks of petition denial?
2. WHile company B is filing the petiition, i remember seeing a post where it is mentioned that pay stubs are required. So these pay stubs are from Company A..right, since i havent started working for Company B?
3. How long does it take to process the H1B transfer? Anyone has any experience from Mass state - Please share
